delivery & returns
Small parcels are sent by 2nd Class Royal mail delivery. Larger deliveries are made by courier. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment between Monday and Friday. Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery.
First class and next day options are available.
We welcome international customers. Shipping costs can be quoted if you email us at email@example.com. Please include your telephone number. You may have to pay local customs or duty charges and these are not included in your payment to us.
Due to excessive insurance premiums, we cannot supply goods to the USA and Canada without first receiving a signed indemnity waiver, please email for details.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused, unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
